Il Canto delle Sirene

Collaboration with professional artist Doriano Benaglia.

I've been an admirer of Doriano's work ever since joining DeviantArt. His fabulous panoramas are mind-boggling: [link]

Doriano is very generous with his time and his work. He collaborates freely with a number of other fractal artists, and last fall he sent some beautiful creations to me along with an invitation to add some of my Incendia fractals.

Doriano created the entire seascape and the gorgeous mermaids. When he first sent this image, I forgot all about the collaboration; I just wanted to take my clothes off and jump into the frame.

I ended up recycling one of my architectural fractals ([link]) and hanging it in the background.
